Chanting Satsang
Chanting involves using mantras which in Sanskrit means 'mind (manas) liberation device (trai)'. Chanting mantras causes our brain to emit equalized sets of sound waves that slow down the brain activity, suspending the process of thinking without destroying the rational mind. This produces a positive effect on the brain and the nervous system, inducing a relaxed, elevated and meditative state of mind.
